Remarkable Art Shipping Policy

Our packages are sent Monday - Friday via the U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express or through freight carriers for oversized items such as furniture. Orders typically ship the same day if received by 3 pm Western Time. Standard delivery normally takes 5-7 business days.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping.

Standard Delivery (continental USA only)

Jewelry Orders

*Jewelry only orders are automatically upgraded from Standard Delivery to FedEx 2-Day Air at a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping and handling. You must choose Standard Delivery as your shipping method at checkout. If your jewelry merchandise total is over $1,000 we will waive the shipping and handling costs. If you choose Overnight Delivery additional charges will apply. Please enter a physical address as FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

Second Day Delivery

Add $9.00 to shipping and handling charges for packages up to 15 lbs. Certain items are excluded due to weight or size. With this option your package will be delivered by the end of two business days if your order is placed before 3 p.m. Western Time (Excluding Holidays).

Overnight Delivery

Add $13.00 to the standard shipping and handling charges for packages up to 15 lbs. Certain items are excluded due to weight or size. With this option your package will be delivered by the end of the following business day if your order is placed before 3 p.m. Western Time.

Furniture and Large Item Orders

Due to the large size and weight of furniture shipments, most pieces are shipped by a freight company. You will be notified by mail 2-3 weeks before delivery, and the carrier will contact you by phone to set up an appointment Monday through Friday. These shipments are delivered through your doorway. Additional services, such as uncrating or white glove service are also available. Please contact customer service for more information on these services.

Because home furnishings, rugs, lamps and other large items are heavier and bulkier than most, shipping costs are higher. A delivery surcharge has been added to these items; this charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the product price and is in addition to the order shipping charges. All shipping rates apply to deliveries in the contiguous 48 states. Certain areas may require an additional charge. We also require a physical address for delivery.

NOTE: The above rates apply if all items are shipped to one address. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, the above rates apply for each address.
